We are FiberCore Europe. We produce bridges, lock gates and bridge decks of extremely strong FRP (fiber-reinforced polymer) for the infrastructure. In recent years we have put FRP as a construction material in the infrastructure on the map. We do this with our own team of engineers and specialists. We build the bridges in our own factory in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) and deliver them prefab to construction sites worldwide. If you wish, we (or our international partners and agents) can also take care of the complete installation of the bridge for you. We are your partner in FRP bridge construction from A to Z.

Own factory

We develop and build every bridge and lock gate in our own factory in Rotterdam. We do this according to customer specifications. We build the structure completely prefab, after which we transport it to the construction site. By land or – thanks to its location on the Nieuwe Maas – by water.

Own engineering office

We have our own engineering firm with engineers, draftsmen and work planners. And with that we do not avoid a challenge. From the development of our new standardized bridge concept, to complex constructions and innovative innovations, such as the pioneering SUREbridge method.

For new and existing bridges

We not only supply bridges for new construction situations, but also renovate existing bridges. Equipped with a FiberCore bridge deck, the bridge will last for years. Thanks to the low net weight, the new bridge deck is lighter than the old wooden or steel deck. As a result, the underlying construction does not have to be adjusted.

Our secret? InfraCore® Inside

You can fully rely on our bridges. They are extremely strong. This thanks to our unique InfraCore® technology. We developed this technology specifically for building extremely robust panels, without internal gluing or bolted connections. The technology is based on the principle that there is continuous structural connection of glass fibers between the top and bottom of the structure. This prevents delamination and ensures that our bridges retain their strength and strength. Even after many decades. Even after 100 years.
