The first road bridge using InfraCore Inside technology in partnership with ECS Engineering Services has been successfully installed. The UK-based construction company designed and delivered the bridge for a regional government expansion project in Mapledurham.
Commercial manager, Jamie Wesley explains that the location of the site, made it impossible to transport the bridge by truck. The light weight of the structure allowed the bridge to be transported by river, the Thames.
What makes the project so special is the good cooperation between FiberCore Europe and ECS Engineering Services. In this same partnership, several civil engineering projects can be carried out in Britain in the future.
